New to ILC Tips Sheet

Quick Tips for Students New to ILC

• School begins each day at 8:00 a.m. with Flag Ceremony
• Supervision in cafeteria begins at 7:30 a.m. (breakfast)
• School ends at 2:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• School ends at 1:06 p.m. every Wednesday
• Uniforms are required, specifics under Parents tab, Procedures and Policies
• Students can wear ILC spirit shirts on Fridays
• P.E. is on Tuesdays, Fridays, and alternate Wednesdays
• Fifth and sixth graders participate in Chorus or Band weekly
• Primary students attend the Library weekly
• All students are provided with individual Chromebooks
• All students can earn GOTCHAs for good behavior choices, and get prizes from GOTCHA Store on Fridays
• Kindergartners have recess and lunch on their own, without other grade levels being present
• Upper grade students may participate in Student Leadership
